Excellent Experience I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus a couple years ago and as you know there are issues with the transmission. When I first purchased the vehicle, I thought I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus a couple years ago and as you know there are issues with the transmission. When I first purchased the vehicle, I thought it was great. I understand the concept of the manual/automatic transmission module thing and saving on gas and such however, it’s not practical. I had the transmission reset and recalibrated with only temporary performance results. I was in the process of actually setting up another service call to have the transmission looked at again. Meanwhile, I was receiving notifications about upgrading to the new 2017 Focus but didn’t want to upgrade with the same style transmission. I called and talked with Crystal Sanders to ask if these promotions were valid and what was the deal. She helped me understand the rebates and promotions with regards to my 2015 Focus and the improved features of the 2017 Focus. I was very leery at first considering I had paid two years into my vehicle however, I was not happy with the performance at all. Fast forward to June 16, 2017, I went in the dealership and Crystal greeted me with her big beautiful smile as she always does. She asked if I was okay with received help from Brieanna Lopez because she was with a customer when I arrived. No problem. I began working with Brieanna and explained my frustration with the transmission style in the Focus vehicles. She was very understanding. Instead of trying to sell me on the new Focus we discussed the option of moving into the 2017 Ford Fusion. I was ecstatic because just a few years ago it wasn’t an option. We began processing the paperwork and all was completed…now on to Finance. I waited patiently until Will Green called me in his office. Not only was I approved for the brand new 2017 Ford Fusion, I qualified for 0% interest!!! Will worked with Ford Motor Credit through a discrepancy that somehow showed in their system but no were else until…RESOLVED and APPROVED!! Will called me in his office and had the biggest smile on his face. He was so excited he was able to process the deal to the closing and delivery of keys in hand. I went from paying 15% interest charge on my 2015 Ford Focus to 0% on my 2017 Ford Fusion… unheard of in only 2 years. I did the work on my end and Will did the work on his and we both watched GOD CHANGE THANGS!!! I was patience with the whole process and when some told Will “no deal” and to let me walk, he had the faith to “keep pushing”! My experiences at Five Star Ford (Sales and Service) have always been very pleasant. From the time you walk in the door until you walk out, everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. I absolutely LOVE MY FUSION!!! The most important thing is a true automatic transmission!!! The team that worked on my deal was great! Brieanna stayed past her initial time to leave to be there to deliver my vehicle herself! The customer service that was provided was excellent! I will return to Five Star Ford for my next purchase and encourage everyone to see their great team of professionals for your car buying experience. More

We had considered the Honda HR-V but the dealerships we dealt with while seemingly interested in making a deal were firm in their pricing and even became a little contentious when it came to haggling (I'm old school). We saw 5-Star's Taya Kyle ad on TV and that tweaked my interest and I looked into the Escape on Edmund's as to reliability, etc. We came in on Memorial Day, ostensibly, to let my daughter look at and test drive the Escape and ended up buying one because 5-Star made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Our sales person was a sweet young girl (Brieanna Lopez) and was a delightful to deal with. She went out of her way to get us the Escape we wanted (even going to your Lewisville dealership to pick it up!). Your finance guy (David Hill) very efficiently and courteously completed the paperwork for us and 5-Star detailed and gassed up our new Escape and Ken McLemore came and thoroughly explained everything about all the bells & whistles on the Escape (even though my daughter was just anxious to drive off in it with her girlfriends!). The hamburger & hot dog lunch was pretty good too! Nice touch! More
