My wife was also over 30 miles each way to her job and wanted to find a new vehicle to help save on gas. We called Alfred at Five Star and told him what we wanted and he set up an appointment with us to come and look at the C MAX ENERGI and the Fusion ENERGI. They did not have exactly what we wanted on the lot so Alfred took us over to Jim and he ordered the cars for us. The cars got to Five Star this week and we picked up the cars. We got exactly what we were looking for and can already tell that this was a great fit for our needs. After we went over the cars and worked with Jim to get everything in line he took us over to see Sam in after market. We worked with Sam to get the windows tinted and to schedule a date to get this done. We then had the TUT experience in financing. Tut went over all the option and cost and since this was not the first time we had worked with him we got everything completed very quickly. This is the only place we have purchased a vehicle in the last 18 years and we still have the 2 F-150's and F250's we purchased from them. More

And I would do whatever it took to acquire it. A couple weeks ago I saw that five star ford had recently acquired the ecoboost mustang premium edition, with exactly the color and package I wanted! I knew it was my car, I went to the dealership and Brieanna approached me and asked if I needed help..and from there she made history, she stuck with me and booooooom I'm the owner of the mustang. She said she likes to make dreams come true and it looks like she was right. aaahhh yeahhhhh, it's my mustang now!!! Needless to say, this whole experience was well worth it in the end. The whole process was a great experience for me. Not to mention the service department fixed my recently purchased expedition!! Which everyone else said there wasn't anything wrong! The service man Ezra checked out the vehicle and found the problems and made sure it got taken care of. He is a man of many talents. Also, Anthony from financing, made things better,he was the reason why my expedition got fixed! He gave me information on everything that had to do with the vehicle I was buying. Taught me things I didn't know. That man...that man Anthony, bravo...bravo. This dealership is the best, will be coming back to buy the ford raptor and a Shelby! Most likely the ford raptor first and then the Shelby. Maybe both at the same time, who knows!! More

Even through a situation that was a little different in delivery; they kindly maintained their patience, kept me up to date, and had driving into the sunset with my perfect vehicle. Another name to mention is David in the finance department, he got my paperwork arranged and put together. We discussed prices/payments which,let's face it, can be a very hard thing to discuss. He made me feel like I had a voice in the matter. The day I received my new car, Carlos was so helpful in teaching me how to operate the functions in the vehicle and spent an extended amount of time reviewing details, as I am always full of questions. He didn't rush me or act put-out at all. Carlos has sold me this car, and as long as he's in this business, he'll be selling me my next.
