Great Experience, Great Team! I knew I wanted a new car, I was open to several makes, and models. I looked at multiple dealerships across the area. Most of the sales people were I knew I wanted a new car, I was open to several makes, and models. I looked at multiple dealerships across the area. Most of the sales people were pleasant enough, but it was the usual "What are you looking for?" typical sales approach. When I wanted to look around a little most weren't very helpful. When got on the lot of Five Star Ford, Brieanna came up, introduced herself, and asked, "What can I do to help you?" She was genuine. We looked at several different models, from trucks, to sports cars, to sedans. She was very knowledgable, but still not afraid or ashamed to say what she didn't know. Once I finally made my decision, and we started going over numbers, she told me about additional discounts that I rate due to being a Retired U.S. Marine. She was 100% my advocate! Brieanna was the epitome of a professional! While waiting to talk with finance, I spoke to the Sales Manager, Gary White. I really appreciated him, because he showed his professionalism in his belief in his sales people, and care for the customer at the same time. Lastly, once it was time to go into Finance, I dealt with Kenny Wilder. This was the simplest time I've ever had with Finance. I walked in, everything was printed, we walked through all the paperwork, Kenny answered every question I had, and made me feel right at home. If you're looking to buy a car, GO TO FIVE STAR FORD! ASK FOR BRIEANNA!!! I'll definitely do business there again!!!! More

Once the decision was made, we started all of the paperwork, moved over to finance, and by the time we were done the car was ready and the windows had already been tinted. I love my new car and everyone involved made it feel less stressful than I thought buying a car would be. More
