Phillip was awesome very understanding of what we were looking for. Very patient, almost a 10-11 month wait for the 2026 Subaru Forester. Had a really good experience here. I met with Gus T. over the course of a week and there was no pressure, no unwanted contact. I test drove several vehicles and even the same vehicles I met with Gus T. over the course of a week and there was no pressure, no unwanted contact. I test drove several vehicles and even the same vehicles multiple times as it was a big decision for me, and a tough choice among so many great options. Throughout all my indecisiveness Gus was extremely patient and let me work out what I wanted at my own pace. Daniel did the final hand off once I’d made my purchase and was able to answer any questions I had. Additionally during redelivery/Love-Encore I got to meet with Bret and Jeff. They were both exceptionally knowledgeable - true veterans of Subaru and the business in general. It was a great experience overall and for anyone looking to buy a post sale experience as much as a vehicle I must say Subaru of Las Vegas provides above and beyond on customer satisfaction. More
