This was my first experience with BMW and I want to thank Ken for being a great salesman. He was not pushy at all! I knew what I wanted and he laid all the numbers out for me and told me the best way to save Ken for being a great salesman. He was not pushy at all! Britney was also very informative about the amazing services BMW offers which made me want to purchase my car even more! I forgot the mans name in finance and insurance but he was also amazing. Not pushy or overly aggressive about selling extra warranties. Just over all a great experience! Definitely recommend Westlake BMW, great people, service, and cars. More

I had a scheduled 9:00 appointment that I personally made over the phone in advance to have new rear brakes installed, only to find out after my arrival which I drove 30 minutes to dealership that the brake over the phone in advance to have new rear brakes installed, only to find out after my arrival which I drove 30 minutes to dealership that the brake pads were on back order and I had to get another name brand instead and those wouldn’t be delivered until 2:00 so j had to make 2 separate trips. No compensation for the inconvenience of my time and miles. Very disappointed since this was my first experience here. More
