The person delivering the car was clueless! DUMB! No gas EE Said there was no remote start, or back up camera, plus other little things that made him clueless. I was supplied all of the necessary information by Sophia Wright who answered all of my questions as quick as she could. I set up an appointment for Saturday and was met by Ron Eng at the front door. I told Ron I was interested in two of the 2018 F 150's listed on line and wanted to test drive both trucks. He retrieved the first truck for the test drive and on return had the second one ready. we decided to purchase the second truck. . Ron was a true professional in a very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to purchase the vehicle. The on line price was exactly what the the purchase price was, unlike other dealerships. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and the new F 150 Super cab I have parked in my driveway. More
