The customer service was great but, I have a back hatch that won't open and now my passenger back door will not open was told that it would cost $175 to see what the problem was without repair. As a courte that won't open and now my passenger back door will not open was told that it would cost $175 to see what the problem was without repair. As a courtesy it would have been nice if they at least opened the door and hatch for me and than told me what the cost of the repair would be - SO, the hatch is useless, and the side door. Your product is not a good one there always seems to be a problem with the door and the doors are not abused in anyway. Troubling!!! to say the least More

he is patient friendly and goes above and beyond to please his customers. Honda should be proud to have him . I met him once when I walked in Honda and every time I go back I always ask for him to help please his customers. Honda should be proud to have him . Paul Goldstein is a wonderful salesman. We bought our first Odyssey from him back in 2011.
