From the minute I walked in the door everyone was amazing. The customer service was great but, I have a back hatch that won't open and now my passenger back door will not open was told that it would cost $175 to see what the problem was without repair. As a courtesy it would have been nice if they at least opened the door and hatch for me and than told me what the cost of the repair would be - SO, the hatch is useless, and the side door. Your product is not a good one there always seems to be a problem with the door and the doors are not abused in anyway. Troubling!!! to say the least More
