Always comparable to what you have.Keon keeps me updated if I decide to wait and they definitely try to make you comfortable while you wait.(bottled water,coffee,snacks,etc. tv and WiFi) l always ask for Keon because he explains thoroughly the service, that is needed and any other issues with my car. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable as do the entire facility. Sales department is great also!! Would not go anywhere else! More

Getting them Serviced can become overwhelming because each on each is on its own schedule. Brittany stays on top of it for me and this woman is amazing. Very customer driven, pays attention to detail and always ready and willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. She return calls and makes sure your vehicle Is also in top notch condition. The thing I love about this center is that they come to my house and pick up my cars and bring them back! Very nice thing they do for me because as a busy realtor I barley have time to do anything. One of the reason I love my bmws so much is because of Brittany, She makes them driving so much fun because they are always taken care of! BMW please take care of her because you guys are very lucky to have her. More people in the car business can learn a lot from her! Thank you Brittany for your amazing love and Dedication to your job!
