I ran over some white road paint with my black X2. I was devastated, not knowing how it it could be cleaned. But the detail shop was awesome. All the white paint was cleaned off of the car, even unde I was devastated, not knowing how it it could be cleaned. But the detail shop was awesome. All the white paint was cleaned off of the car, even under the fender walls. Totally impressed. While my car was with them, the service department called and told me my car needed an oil change. This is my first BMW, and so far it's been awesome !! Side Note. Also love the video that the service rep texted to me about my car. More

Very pleased with the service. When I called regarding a flat tire, I was told they could have me out in about an hour if I could be there by noon that same day.
