My SA was quite possibly the least empathic person I've ever dealt with, nearly a robot. I made an appointment for warranty service and needed a loaner. 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment I get a c ever dealt with, nearly a robot. I made an appointment for warranty service and needed a loaner. 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment I get a call from a young man who told me the SA told him to call me and let me know no loaners were available. Best the SA could do was schedule me a new time. Drop it off the second time (Vehicle is still under CPO warranrty btw) and explained the situation and this was the second time it's been in for the same issue. I was told that if it wasn't the same part I'd be responsible for the cost of repair. No mention that I still had a warranty. I got an estimate for $6000+ in repair costs. I was told it was a water pump and leaking engine plugs as well as a headlight. I had to remind them of the warranty which covered the headlight but all the sudden the water pump was not leaking after all, even though the coolant was all gone. I guess once the warranty expires that water pump might start leaking again. No offer to fix the engine plugs either. Last time I'll use Autohaus. My SA is the worst, my last visit with was awful as well. More

Terrific service experience with Brittany and the transparency they provide to their customers is appreciated.
