👩⚕️Driven BMW for more than 30 years. Too bad Linda and Mike are gone. Customer Service not the same. It was apparent she was not happy about it. There were times when I bought from AutoHaus due to the excellent service. No longer. More

Service was a little disappointing, even though I was ahead of scheduled time, I felt ignored, finally someone else took over to help me. The mechanic did his job though the reception desk was not satis ahead of scheduled time, I felt ignored, finally someone else took over to help me. The mechanic did his job though the reception desk was not satisfying. Hope the next time I bring my car I will meet someone who is a little friendlier. I learned too late that you have a limo service, would have been less inconvenient than having my husband involved in driving back and force. Hope this will help to improve your service? More

Service schedule was difficult and designed to be frustrating to the owner. I was promised service when I bought my BMW. I was told there was a shortage of lease cars.
