This is a horrible dealership, and I'm highly disappointed in the service that I was offered. I went in to Honda Valley Stream to get a part installed, and check an issue on why my car wasn't sta disappointed in the service that I was offered. I went in to Honda Valley Stream to get a part installed, and check an issue on why my car wasn't starting correctly. They installed the missing part, but when it came to the reason why my car wasn't starting correctly, that's where all my issues are. They checked the issue, claimed to have fixed it, but they didn't fix the issue at all. When I attempted to start my car at the dealership, it still struggled. I tried again, and it started. I reported the issue to Briyanna Jones, and she told me that I could not leave my car at the service center since it was struggling. This resulted in me taking a main road with a car that still had issues, and could not run properly. My car shut down a total of three times while trying to return the vehicle back to my home. The worst part was that if I attempted to reverse my car, it would lose power completely, and could not be started again immediately, which is very dangerous. I had to get my car towed back to Honda Valley Stream so they could fix the issue, and even a manager told me that Briyanna should not have sent me home with the state that my car was in. The manager I spoke to explained the issue was my starter, and told me that he would help me out, and personally make sure that I got a brand new starter. Rather than tell the truth, the manager lied to me, and still gave me a faulty starter that seemed to work, but it really wasn't a good part. Honda Valley Stream's service department was hoping that I wouldn't find out, but I did, because the starter has already caused problems for my vehicle, and I got it checked out by a different Honda dealer's service department.
