We are sorry you feel this way. When the vehicle came to us there were no dash lights on, and the vehicle was operating fine. As per the history stored code and our diagnostics resulting showing no hard failure, we suggested relearning / resetting the idle system. This was completed with your understanding that there may be further diagnosis and repairs needed. Yes, it is unfortunate that it went bad immediately, hence our apologies and prompt replacement of the throttle body assembly at no charge to you. In reference to the "starter" replacement, perhaps that interaction was with another facility? As we never spoke about or did any repairs related to the starter motor. Please feel free to reach out to our assistant service manager, Tony Vicente at 516-285-6655, ext. 126 to further discuss your concerns.
