First time buyers, that were not local customers. Tim Lally is a first class dealership. Takes all the worries out of buying a vehicle. Purchased a 2024 Camaro 2SS COMPLETELY online, and the vehicle Tim Lally is a first class dealership. Takes all the worries out of buying a vehicle. Purchased a 2024 Camaro 2SS COMPLETELY online, and the vehicle was delivered beautifully to our home. Our local dealership in Youngstown, Ohio where we have been purchasing new Chevrolets since 1993, they wouldn't even give us the time of day to work with us to find or purchase a new Camaro before they were "extinct", since 2024 is the last model year for the Camaro. We are so happy we found Jeff McCune and Tim Lally Chevrolet in Cleveland. We are confident they will be our "Go To" Chevy Dealership for new vehicles from now on. I have been trying to get my car fix for over a year. Each time i call they never get back to me on the status of the part they need to fix my 2022 Malibu brought brand new with 3 miles on it. When the s Each time i call they never get back to me on the status of the part they need to fix my 2022 Malibu brought brand new with 3 miles on it. When the sum heat my car up my radio loses its mind. it turns the volume all the way up and i have no control over it. When this happens the screen will black out also. I have tried to get this problem resolved for over an year. This issue is under warrenty and service (JIM Lamtman) refuse to call back or answer my email. I am still waiting on the owner Brock Lally to call me back. My service has been absolutley horrible and i would not recommend anyone to go here. Now i have to get a lawyer involved to get my car fixed. More
