I believe the service team did not thoroughly investigate the issue with my vehicle. It’s evident coolant is sputtering up under hood & all over engine. They claim they tested it and couldn’t be bothered t the issue with my vehicle. It’s evident coolant is sputtering up under hood & all over engine. Upon seeing this I asked Brooke to have it cleaned so that I could tell if there is any new leakage and I felt BMW fell short of service as mechanic should have cleaned it. I’m sure I’ll be back as this was the 2nd time coolant leaked out causing low coolant indicator light to come on. More
