I have made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, the service representative did not inform me the price information at the beginning of using synthetic oil. After the oil c rotation. When I arrived, the service representative did not inform me the price information at the beginning of using synthetic oil. After the oil change, they forgot to do the tire rotation. When I pointed this out at the end of service, the representative told me my car(Sienna) had to use synthetic oil, could not use conventional oil. That is a false statement. I am very disappointed that they did not admit it was their mistake not to provide me the price information at the beginning. I have been their customer for more than five years. This is the worst service I have at Glen Toyota. More
