Just feel bad for the sales man who lost his deal and the other sales manager who was a pleasure to work with, but unfortunately was on his day off when I went to pick the ‘21 CX-5 up. Went and bought elsewhere. More

I came to Jim Ellis looking to test drive and compare to other models to see what I liked the most. I’ve never been a fan of car dealerships because usually the salesmen are pushy and aggressive but this lo other models to see what I liked the most. I ended up going with a different car but my experience here was the best I’ve had at a dealership. Zach Miller-Batson was my salesman and he was amazing - super laid back, helpful, never once was pushy and was a pleasure to work with. We also met with Brunno Nakamura the sales manager and he too was excellent and was helpful and never pushy either. If I choose to go with a Mazda on my next car, this is the lot I will definitely buy from. More
