I was not pleased with my first visit, I was greeted by a young man, I told him I was interested in looking at used cars, he to where they were, when I asked him if there were any window stickers on them, he young man, I told him I was interested in looking at used cars, he to where they were, when I asked him if there were any window stickers on them, he told me I could look them up on your website, then he said if I had any questions on any of the cars to come back to the office. My second visit to the dealership, was after I went online and inquired about a vehicle and made an appointment with Bruno Borda. Told him the vehicle I was interested in and when I met him for my appointment he had the car up front at the dealership. Very professional. Maybe he could have a training session for some of the other sales people. More

I purposely returned to this Kia dealership because I had bought 3 Other cars from them...This time was a huge dissappintment...I had an apt.fir sat ..great deal going on ..could not make it so rescheduled f bought 3 Other cars from them...This time was a huge dissappintment...I had an apt.fir sat ..great deal going on ..could not make it so rescheduled for Sun my first mistake..... Bruno, was my sales guy.... He was my only positive part of my 3 plus hrs there... All seemed to be going good..brought me in writing my pay off for my 2023 Sportage,and a new lesser payment.all what my terms were. However, by the time it got into finances hands everything changed. I have had my Kia Soul for two and a half weeks still have not received my contract which I was told would be emailed to me. When I went back out I was told it would be in the mail this week. My payments did not stay where they told me or actually showed me in writing. I was told no sweat make a couple of payments and we'll refinance for you. What the heck is that. I had an excellent credit score. And like I said have purchased other kids from them. Do not know if this was just a glitch and something wrong wrong in financing and they were trying to fix it but I had to continue to reach out send emails text messages and calls before someone spoke to me. I'm very sorry to say I am very disappointed and I'm still hanging in limbo love the car did not like the way I got it.. disappointed this time around. More
