Eric made my experience pretty amazing and easy. I have never owned a brand new car and I honestly was only thinking about a used car which that was if I could even get approved. I never dreamed that I have never owned a brand new car and I honestly was only thinking about a used car which that was if I could even get approved. I never dreamed that in less than 24 hours I would pull out in a brand new 2019. I got an amazing interest rate and I'm convinced the KIA finance manager is a magician. I can't say enough how awesome the KIA Auburn Hills crew is. If you need a car then definitely get over to Summit Place KIA and see Eric and the guys out there. More

I have been to many dealerships in years past and always felt like I was an imposition and beggar. they made me feel warm and welcomed and that I was special and my car I was buying was special to me and had to meet my requirements seeing I drive 110 miles a day. Our credit was a challenge but we were never felt as though that made us less than. Bryan even came in to help us after getting a tooth pulled! What a trooper. VERY GRATEFUL Eric was really amazing to work with. He helped my husband myself and our 4 children for 5 hours.
