Summit Place Really Goes Above and Beyond! I went to Summit Place Kia (Auburn hills) because they advertise helping people that are over miles in their lease. After driving over an hour to get there, I’m glad to say they make good on their ads. They were able to get me exactly the car I wanted (a Kia Sorento) within my budget, while also allowing me to terminate my current non Kia lease (a year early) without having to pay an exorbitant amount. Bryan C was a fantastic salesman. Extremely nice, patient, and customer friendly. I test drove three vehicles before deciding which was right for me, and Bryan was happy to get each vehicle. I also appreciated that the prices presented were very fair, and that no games were played. Even more, with above average but not excellent credit, Summit Place Kia got me a fantastic loan rate. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely visit them again in the future. I also recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal. Thanks again Summit Place Kia! More

He didn't fail to surprise us as he worked so hard to make sure I drove off the lo I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion this past Saturday from Bryan Carlton. He didn't fail to surprise us as he worked so hard to make sure I drove off the lot with a reliable car that fit my budget. Between Bryan and the financial team I am in a much safer car that will get me through college and far beyond without breaking my pocket. Also, Michael and Marcus did a great job making sure the car was in pristine condition for me. I am very happy with my experience overall; however, I only gave 4 stars because of how great Bryan, Michael, and Marcus were. I know we were in the building on a Saturday and it was a casual day but that does not excuse this instance. While we were waiting for Bryan to take care of some paper work we were looking around the show room from his office at the cars and directly across the lobby was a man's desk (I believe he is a manager) whose computer screen faces the lobby. We noticed fairly quick that he was looking at extremely inappropriate photos of women he seemed to know on Facebook and showing a few other salesmen; one in particular seemed to encouraged him to continue these actions. It went on for quite some time even after they noticed us watching with disgust. This is the only negative experience I had with Summit Place Kia of Auburn Hills and it would have been an INSTANT DEAL BREAKER had Bryan not been so amazing with helping us. More
