Multi point inspection was done. While taking a walk around the grounds, I noticed my car was still not in a service bay. I asked at the desk about this. The said they would get started immediately. around the grounds, I noticed my car was still not in a service bay. I asked at the desk about this. The said they would get started immediately. Work wasn't started until approximately 1hr, 30min after appointment time. I got the car back in about 30-40min. Tire pressure was checked. Results are on the invoice. However, the pressures noted are 10 to 12 psi below the recommended pressures. I checked tire pressures myself and they were still 10-12 psi under recommended pressure. The oil on the dipstick looked clean so I'm pretty sure it was changed, but I have no way of knowing if anything else was missed. More

I had to wait for almost an hour for my car to be found when I came to pick up my vehicle from being serviced. I was on lunch break from a zoom class and was late getting back because my vehicle could not when I came to pick up my vehicle from being serviced. After I had been waiting about 20 minutes, a young lady, Kelly?, came and asked to look at my paperwork and went looking. She came back and asked for my paperwork then went in search of my vehicle. After 40 minutes, I went in and asked for the Service Manager. Val went in search as well. I am not sure what happened but I was not happy. I have worked in the industry and understand. It wasn't the drive personnel I was upset with because I know it was beyond their control and they were doing the best they could with what they had. More
