The service at this location is phenomenal. Very friendly and professional. They analyzed and recommended that I did a preventive service which turned out to be well worth it. Deplorable customer service. Kept our car for a week and did NOTHING! Cost us over $300 for a rental car with no repair done. No one was helpful in the least on the phone and even lied to us repeatedly about the status of our vehicle. We never even got a loner vehicle. Not even an apology for the terrible and inconsiderate teatment of a long-time customer and it felt like no one at the dealership even cared. Extremely disappointed! More

Service is fine. A few issues with the customer service at the service department with one person but thats about it. I've been coming here since 2015 with both of my chevys. The one problem i have is it just takes to long to schedule an appointment. 2 weeks to schedule an oil change is ridiculous. Byron has always been great when i come for an oil change Need more techs or at least more doing the smaller things like an oil change. But this is how you lose customers, you can go down the street for the same service in 30 mins. Small issue. I have multiple cars so I can always wait for the appointment but others may not be able to. But, overall, love the dealership. Just hire more techs More
