We bought a Crosstrek at Tucson Subaru several years ago and have always been impressed with the staff and service. However, when I was looking for a Tacoma, I never expected that they'd be able to put me and have always been impressed with the staff and service. However, when I was looking for a Tacoma, I never expected that they'd be able to put me in one at a better deal than any of the local Toyota dealerships. Thanks to CJ, we went from inquiring about a Tacoma to driving it home five days later. CJ was super-responsive, available to answer questions, and made the whole process a breeze. Jennifer in the finance department was also amazing, making the whole actual "buying" part of the deal stress-free and quick (even when fielding questions and comments from my very curious and excited five-year-old). Choosing the right Subaru was done over about three months, and the original sales person was no longer at the dealership when CJ took over to help us get what we wanted. Thus, there was some information CJ probably didn’t have about what we had as priorities - which is really not his fault. We had hoped for Driver 1 and Driver 2 memory, as one example, and somehow thought that was included in the Wilderness. But, bottom line - we love the Wilderness and it is perfect for towing the Forest River WolfPup 14 foot trailer, which we just picked up today. The Wilderness tows that in a wonderful manner - though of course, I wonder what our gas mileage is! I just hope we can learn all the electronics soon! More

Coming from a bare bones car that was almost 8 years old, CJ was super patient with me. I am on the older side, so technology does not come easy for me. Thank you CJ for finding me my car - it was meant to be! I was so happy to hear that Tucson Subaru offers a program to come in a couple of weeks later for a refresher on things that I missed. What an awesome offering - THANK YOU. I haven't used it yet but I plan to!!! More
