Great sales experience with Lexus! Our salesperson was Mr. Eddie Washington. First of all he is very personable and so pleasant to work with. He takes his time to show you as many cars Our salesperson was Mr. Eddie Washington. First of all he is very personable and so pleasant to work with. He takes his time to show you as many cars as you like. He even goes out in the heat and gets them all cooled down before he brings them to the front of the dealership. Now that is some great customer service! This is our first Lexus and he took the time to get to know us and to tell us what we wanted to know about the Lexus features. There was no rush to buy and he just wanted us to be happy. We had a great experience and plan to go back to see Mr. Washington in the future. The finance agent , Caleb also made the final experience very pleasant and took time to explain our options. We are so very happy we made the decision to buy our first Lexus RX 350 with Mr. Washington and the Northside Lexus Team. More
