Great customer service, excellent experience I would highly recommend Honda of Lincoln to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. After having a very negative experience with the local Hyundai I would highly recommend Honda of Lincoln to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. After having a very negative experience with the local Hyundai dealer in town, I am very satisfied with the customer service and friendliness of the Honda of Lincoln staff. Calvin West was my sales person and was very friendly and courteous. He is new to the sales team, but was not afraid to say he didn't know the answer to one of my questions, but always found the answers and got back to me. Never once was he pushy - he allowed me to make my own decisions and was there to guide me along the way. This speaks volumes for a young man just starting out in this field. He even programmed all of the new gadgets in my car for me, with was awesome. He will do well in this business! Chad Erwin was my finance manager and worked hard to keep my loan payments in check, as he knew I was on a budget. He learned that I was putting between 25 and 30K miles per year on my car, and offered me a great deal on the extended warrantee for my new Civic. Our family plans on keeping this car through the life of the loan, so this gave me some piece of mind on my new investment. Overall a great experience at Honda of Lincoln - I would definitely give them a 10 and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a positive, low pressure experience when purchasing a vehicle.
