I received offers from 3 Honda Dealers in our area. I chose to purchase in Lincoln even though I had received a lower price quote from another dealer out of town. Our salesman, Calvin West, established contact, set an appointment and was waiting at the door when we arrived. Once agreeing on trade-in and total price, we purchased the Ridgeline. Delivery was quick with no hassles. Explanation of options was informative and complete and the entire process took less than an hour. I would suggest that the delivery process include an introduction to the Sales manager and a quick visit to the Service Department. Reason being is that should a problem ever occur the buyer knows who to contact should the Salesperson be unavailable. And it is always good to know your Service Dept. contacts and procedures when bringing a vehicle in for service. The overall purchasing experience was very good. We have and will continue to recommend Honda of Lincoln to others. More

Was a little skeptical dealing with a big dealership but was more than pleasantly surprised. Our Salesman, Calvin West, was more than accommodating with no pressure or pushy car salesman tactics. After the sale he took a lot of time to make sure my daughter knew all the features of the car and how to operate them. Cant say enough about Calvin except to say I would recommend him to everyone and thank you. Financing was, believe it or not, fantastic. In all the years of buying cars. I can honestly say that is the first time that statement has ever crossed my lips after financing a car. Chad Erwin explained everything and made it very pleasant and far from painful. Again, Thank you Chad. Bottom line..........cant say enough about our experience at Honda of Lincoln and all that people we dealt with. Highly recommended in all ways. Thank You Again More

No hastle. Easiest purchase I have made at a car dealer I spoke with Calvin West months ago about a new Honda. He sent me the information I wanted and followed up with me promptly. We talked about the car and my timing and that I was not ready to do anything for a few months. He was OK with that and make sure all my questions were answered. Then He did what I least expected and didn't call me every other day for 3 weeks trying to get me to come in. So the time came when I was ready, I new exactly what I wanted and what options. I called Calvin up. He still had my name and information and Honda of Lincoln had what I wanted. Unfortunately I could only get to Lincoln on a day he was not at work but I went in unannounced and asked for the next best sales person. I was turned over the Spencer Klein. He brought the vehicle up. Anwered some questions and got me set for a test drive without a sales person. The car was everything I expected. I had a trade in which they offered a fair price for but not quite were I wanted to be. We got to an agreeable point quickly without all the normal BS. Chad Erwin took care of my paperwork and financing I gave him a rate I already had set up and he beat that so I finaced through them also. I am not always the ideal customer especially if someone wants to get pushy. I truly have walked out angrily (sometimes vulgarly) of more dealers than I have done business with, I also had some questions that a young man whose name I didn't get in the service department answered with no fuss and good information. I felt like these guys actually understood that it is my money and my decision. I drove past a dealer 30 minutes from my home and drove an extra hour and a half basically because of the straight forward nature Calvin started my experience with. I don't buy new vehicles every year but I will be back for service and for my next Honda. I hope all these guys are still there when that day comes. More
