Zeck Ford has a great variety of vehicles Was easy to find what color, and trim package I was looking for without doing much work. Kyle was exceptional to work with, and worked really hard for my busines find what color, and trim package I was looking for without doing much work. Kyle was exceptional to work with, and worked really hard for my business even when the GM tanked his sale. And would not meet us halfway. He did everything in his power to make me happy! The car I selected had wheels that did not match. He went through the whole lot trying to find tires for me that matched. The GM was not willing to work with me at all and was very condescending. If it wasn’t for Kyle and his wonderful customer service and kindness I wouldn’t of ended up with my Explorer. Thank you Kyle for thinking outside the box and insuring I got exactly what I wanted!! We really enjoyed the hospitality we received at Zeck Ford. Zeck Ford accommodated us at every turn. Wally made sure we saw the car we came for; no high pressure sale.
