A part had to be ordered which came in quickly & I had my car back in just a couple days. During the service time I needed to retrieve items from my car - Cameron facilitated that for me. He was able to have a couple Ford discounts applied for the work done - total was slightly less than suggested, which was appreciated. Service delivered as promised at reasonable price. Needed plugs replaced on a 2006 Ford F-150. Shopped around. Spoke with Cameron at Gosch Ford. No upsell for additional services. I'm not usually one to take my vehicles to a dealer but this was a good experience. More
