These guys are great! Service is just as big as getting a new car. If the service department is not good then there’s no point in buying a car from that dealership. Having said that I can’t express enough how satisfied I am that I bought my MDX from Jackson Acura. The Service Department is phenomenal! The first time I went in I was out in no time. I figured it just must have been luck on how fast but thorough they were but after the second and third time I now realize that that’s the way these guys roll. Service is second to none! More

Had an appointment for an oil change at 11 AM was told 90 minutes which first of all is ridiculous for an oil change. Secondly, the oil change took over two hours and the service person didn't seem to care j minutes which first of all is ridiculous for an oil change.
