We felt rushed. The negotiation did not seem clear, there was a change of the vehicle offered “a mistake, this was not the vehicle but this one”… The salesperson wa The negotiation did not seem clear, there was a change of the vehicle offered “a mistake, this was not the vehicle but this one”… The salesperson was outstanding at his job, I'd hire him in a heartbeat. The financial officer was the worst experience ever. There was a Christmas party going on, he was not supposed to be working on that day, and it was very obvious he did not want to work. He rushed our signatures as much as possible. I had to ask him several times to stop or to slow down. The whole process was so bad that I drove the car 45’ without my tag in place, I was lucky not to have been stopped by the police. If someone asked me today how much I paid for the car and if they did a discounted 10k for my trade-in, honestly, I could not answer with any certainty. The purchase is done but we have a bitter taste after this purchase, I bought 7 or 8 vehicles before in my life from different dealers, mostly Honda, and I never had this feeling before. I don't have a single good reason to recommend them. More

Sergio was great through the process. We had some challenges upon pick up. There was only one key fab & no floor mats. Toyota of Tampa Bay mixed up my wife's name on the RAV4 title and refuses to fix it. They had her drivers license so it is difficult to understand why they transposed her first and last name. She has cont title and refuses to fix it. They had her drivers license so it is difficult to understand why they transposed her first and last name. She has contacted them 5 times getting promises to fix it and no actual effort. This is ridiculous and negatively impacting her ability to renew her drivers license. More
