Carlos really did a great job, since the moment i wrote asking for some information online to the moment I walked in to the place, he did everything he could to help me find the right vehicle for me and on asking for some information online to the moment I walked in to the place, he did everything he could to help me find the right vehicle for me and once I found it he did everything that he could for me to take my car home the same day. This was my first time buying a car on-line and it went so smoothly! I loved being able to use the online finance tool to figure out my down-payment, trade in, and monthly payments. I didn't feel rushed or overly pressured and they worked with my work schedule availability, communicating via text and email. Even delivered the car same day to my home after I got off of work, staying a little late to walk me through the final paperwork and show me all the features. Everyone at Mazda from beginning to end was so friendly and helpful! More
