Do not purchase from here! ! They are advertising the price of cars cheaper as a scam to get you in the dealership and then selling cars that are not legally allowed to be sold ! They are advertising the price of cars cheaper as a scam to get you in the dealership and then selling cars that are not legally allowed to be sold safely. We purchased a car with cash and they tried to charge us $2800 more than the listed price and the car was kept for an inspection and we got it back in terrible condition to the point we have had it back at the dealership multiple times and have now had to pay out of pocket to get a rental car to get a different dealership to help us. Do not waste your money here! I’m going to have to see what next steps I have to take against this company! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! More

After doing most of the sale virtually I went to pick up the vehicle. The sales manager, Carlos, told me it was taking longer than expected because they were so kindly going to replace an air compressor for the vehicle. The sales manager, Carlos, told me it was taking longer than expected because they were so kindly going to replace an air compressor for me. As it turns out they never replaced the air compressor and were stalling to make mechanical repairs to avoid the sale falling through. It was a cam shaft problem. So they sent me out the door knowing there was a problem with the motor. I reached out to the used car sales manager as well as the executive sales manager, neither of which responded. Like I said, bad business. Take your money elsewhere More

i bought MY Mazda 2.5 years ago and had done a lot of research before using dealerrater.com to decide on that dealership AND which salesperson to use - i didn't even know y ou could do that! Carlos Belmonte was amazing at providing all the answers i needed and helping make sure the entire process when smoothly. by the time i was done with all the financing, the dealership had been closed for about an hour. yet there was Carlos to congratulate me on the sale and go through all the details of the car. NOW 30 months later, my wife needed a new car. i had no questions in my mind where we'd go and who we'd deal with - Carlos at Hiley Mazda of Arlington. my wife got to see first hand his care, expertise, salesmanship of listening and meeting the needs. fantastic! and my wife loves her car. my next vehicle will be bought from Carlos and Hiley Mazda. i highly recommend both the salesman and the dealer. you cannot go wrong with either choice. amazing people!! Best Car Buying Experience Ever i did a lot of homework pre-visit to Hiley. i had scoured all sorts of websites, reading reviews, checking pricing, looking at list after list. when i did a lot of homework pre-visit to Hiley. i had scoured all sorts of websites, reading reviews, checking pricing, looking at list after list. when i finally had decided to make the move i contacted four different dealerships. i knew what i wanted in a vehicle and found the one i wanted online. before i even went in to buy i stopped in to Hiley just to ask questions. when i got there, Carlos met me at the door and introduced himself by his first name. i already knew his last name from coming here to DealerRater.com. he seemed surprised that i knew his last name. we talked for a bit. Carlos was patient, understanding, helpful, and gave me his business card. i knew the next time i saw him it would be to buy my car. i showed up today with everything i could need. you could say i was a committed buyer with just a need to fill out the paperwork. i mentioned to him that salesmen generally do everything they can to make sure the sale goes through as painlessly and smooth as possible. my goal was to provide that same courtesy for the dealership. Carlos took the time to answer even more questions, did the test drive (which was the first REAL test drive i've taken with a dealership). usually it's a one square mile around a block and then back into the parking lot. we got the car out on the highway and Carlos wanted me to really get a feel for the car and you don't get that just driving around a block. i was there working with finance (Sarah did an awesome job as well) long after the dealership closed. Carlos waited patiently and then after congratulating me, spent another 15 minutes just going over all the "how-to's" of the car. fantastic service and a fantastic day. i'm SO SO SO happy. thank you Carlos and thank you Hiley!! More
