completely unresponsive to questions about status of title I purchased a pre owned vehicle on July 2 2019 with cash. As I finalized the deal with the finance department, I was assured that I could pick up the I purchased a pre owned vehicle on July 2 2019 with cash. As of July 30, I still do not have my title, and my temporary plates expire tomorrow. I made numerous calls and emails to the dealer about the status of my title, but no one returns calls about the status of my title and when I will receive it. Is it possible the dealer sold a car to which they do not have the title? Throughout the negotiation, I informed them that the car would be registered in another state, where I would be moving. I cannot register the car without the title. It would seem reasonable that the dealer could give me credible information about the title and when I would receive it, rather than just letting emails and voicemails go unanswered. If the title is being handled by NJ MVC, then at least someone could inform me and advise what to do with my soon to expire temporary plates. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Based on this experience, I just bought another car on Carvana. More

In my mind I said yea right but as the process was going I kept thinking ok we are getting somewhere. Still I was in denial. Ramon said let’s go test drive the car. Once we came back inside, he put his hand out and said congratulations and smiled. I was in shock ready to leave I said no xxxxing way. Carlos Gonzalez in finance department made it even better going over numbers and things that would be happening for me. We were somewhat anxious and skeptical regarding the sudden and abrupt increase in the VW lease position. They went insane with 2019 lease prices leaving us in the cold. They are thousands more than in 2016. We thought we had a comfortable relationship with VW and our dealer Trend Motors, but now we had to research and find a new brand and dealer. I approached you for help as a neighborhood dealer and it was great right off the bat. Matt took great care of us and made sure we were also supported by a great team. He also went above the call of duty by helping to arrange the lease returns of our expiring VWs thereby saving us from having to ferry them all the way out to Trend Motors. The lease drop-off and delivery and F&I process was seamless and stress-free. With so many other dealers in our 35+ year leasing experience where the process was downright painful, this was refreshing and silky smooth. Matt was professional and a gentleman. His quotes were spot-on and he was very flexible and open to ideas about varying price solutions. He understood that in these digital e-commerce times, not all customers need or want to come to the showroom until the delivery. Whereas Matt was willing 100% to do everything via email and phone, other dealers are still stuck in the last century and mandating that it all had to be done at their showrooms. This was the only Honda dealership willing to do it remotely. Our time is too valuable to waste time in a dealership and Matt completely understood and respected that. The rest of the team also were very professional and classy. It's tough to teach class but they all had it. At delivery time, your new showroom and delivery facilities were clean, spacious, modern, professional, and inviting. We expect the new service and parts area will follow suit. All this was VERY RARE these days and greatly and sincerely appreciated. Too many dealers even in these times just don't understand or get it. We are very happy we found you and you're right next door. All that and geographically perfect, too! We are very happy to be part of the DCH Paramus Honda family and look forward to possibly our 3rd Honda in October. In addition, they had the best inventory and selection of Civic Hatchback Sport Touring CVT BY FAR. Some others didn't have any and had no plans of getting any. We leased two cars on this occasion and they were complete, 100% true sign and drives with absolute zero out of pocket at the write-up, signing, delivery, and when the plates arrived. They even came and waited to pick us up when we dropped off our VW lease returns. I had my previous Honda Crosstour, Pilot, and Fit serviced here and it was always top-notch. EXCEPTIONAL and OUTSTANDING (and I rarely offer those ratings). More
