I was treated well by friendly sales people and finance dept. I do have three complaints (1) I was given only one key to the vehicle (2) I wasn't given an owners manual (3) I wasn't given a tool for the sp dept. I do have three complaints (1) I was given only one key to the vehicle (2) I wasn't given an owners manual (3) I wasn't given a tool for the spare tire I need. I wasn't given depth instructions on the features of the truck. And because I don't have an owners manual I can't find out what they are. So now I have to come out of my pocket to get these things. I left several messages with the sales person and finance person and no one every got back to me except on and his name was David More

Sonny was beyond amazing and took his time to make me feel like I was his only client … he was so attentive and he helped me every single step of the way from making the switch to Jeep Grand Cherokee! He was so patient with me every single step of the way from selling my car to getting financed for the new one ! I honestly never received such great amazing customer service as I did with sonny ! Usually there’s the people that hate their job and you can just tell which makes it an unpleasant experience… or there’s the ones like sonny that go above and beyond for his customers !
