Carlos has been my service advisor for these visits and he goes above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience. This last visit I purchased tires. Everything went like clockwork and I appreciated very much the loaner which made it possible for me to go back to work. I really appreciate having Carlos as an advisor. Because of him, I think this BMW dealership is the best and I will buy my next car from them. I love the BMW car but I also value having a good place to have it serviced and this is part of my buying decision. In summary, I respect and trust Carlos and I think he does a great job at representing this dealership. Also, as a side comment, I liked the video the mechanic sent telling me about his review of my car. More
