Made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and wiper blade replacement. Took 2 hours. Got a message the next morning that they forgot to install the wiper blades, so I had to make another trip ove wiper blade replacement. Took 2 hours. Got a message the next morning that they forgot to install the wiper blades, so I had to make another trip over to the dealership to have them replaced. I also wasn’t crazy about the waiting area. Riverside Toyota in Rome is much nicer. More

I would not expect squeaky brakes on any new Toyota nor would I expect them to deal with it so poorly. More
