I think Carlos suckered me into buying 4 new tires before I needed them on my 2012 Sienna. I felt very rushed into a decision that I don't think was necessary. My husband is not happy with me as new tires were not on either of our radar so soon. The tires were 22 months old, less than 20,000 on them. The previous service detail from 7/2024 said they were all in the green still on their service report. He didn't even look at all my tires, he just concluded right away as soon as I pulled in that I needed 4 new ones, and didn't give me any choice between tires. It was almost $1000! I had a bad feeling about it, I should have followed it! There were a bunch of guys standing around so maybe it was a slow day and he needed to pad sales and thought I looked like a sucker. He conveniently wasn't around when it was time for me to pick up my car. I wonder if he felt guilty and wanted to avoid me. He also didn't put his name on the receipt. I will not be buying anything else from this dealership. I will get all of my tires from Costco from now on. He also said that if I waited for the sale (buy 3 get 1 free) that I would save $130. I looked at my last purchase when I did buy during the sale and I would have saved more than twice that much. I just don't feel like I was treated with honesty and integrity. He was also almost whispering and it was just an odd experience overall. More
