Purchase of 2020 Hyundai Veloster (Israel Sanchez) After many years of driving Honda cars I decided to try Hyundai, mainly for the advertised good fuel economy of its vehicles. So in 2012 I purchased m After many years of driving Honda cars I decided to try Hyundai, mainly for the advertised good fuel economy of its vehicles. So in 2012 I purchased my first Hyundai vehicle from Temecula Hyundai. My Sales Rep was Israel Sanchez and he was in his first month of employment. He sold me my 2013 Elantra GT off the lot within the hour and proceeded to stay in contact over the next few years to see how the car was performing and if I was in need of a new vehicle. I was initially disappointed with the fuel economy as it was (falsely) advertised as about 40 miles per gallon on highway and got 33-35 miles on good days. Later there was a lawsuit and Hyundai stepped up with a mileage reimbursement program to compensate owners for the false advertising. The Service Department was wonderful in taking car of my car and processing the mileage reimbursement claims. Eight years later I contacted Israel and as he was still working at Temecula Hyundai, I informed him that I was finally looking for a new vehicle. He showed me the new models and explained the pros/cons of each vehicle, and I eventually chose a 2020 Veloster. Israel was he usual friendly and efficient self and even helped me process my final mileage reimbursement claim. The Veloster is meeting all my expectations. I highly recommend Temecula Hyundai for its sales and services, and especially thank Israel for again assisting me in choosing the right vehicle for my needs. He is truly the "Man in the Iron Mask".
