These guys are top notch. You schedule an appointment, you pul in and they are right on it, take the info, already have yor info, and you are on your way quickly, either You schedule an appointment, you pul in and they are right on it, take the info, already have yor info, and you are on your way quickly, either to pick up a loaner right there — also very prompt or leaving on your own. A little later you get a call to discss what was found or to come pick it up. They don’t oversell you anything - bever get that feeling and I have been there since 2004 when I got my first BMW there.
