They were very easy to work with. I live North of Houston but it was very easy to work with them remotely. Unexpectantly, at the last minute, a local dealership decreased their price I live North of Houston but it was very easy to work with them remotely. Unexpectantly, at the last minute, a local dealership decreased their price by several thousand of dollars so I bought the truck locally. But everyone at Advantage was very professional and easy to work with. I feel bad that I didn't buy from them but the local dealership was most beneficially to me personnel life. They offered me to disconnected oil change to come back. I accepted the offer. I sat there for 2 hours waiting for oil change. They offered to charge my 2 air filters after showering me they were in need of I accepted the offer. I sat there for 2 hours waiting for oil change. They offered to charge my 2 air filters after showering me they were in need of changing. I told them I already purchased them and they were in the back seat. After I left, I went home to change them. When I opened the hood to change the engine air filter. There was 1 screw missing. And a second one was barely started. I returned to the dealership to get this fixed. Someone came to resolve it. He tried 5 different screws before he got the right one. Hey whole time he was leaning over my fender without a fender cover. Very unprofessional. This took another 50 minutes of my time. More
