Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment with no problem. I got regular maintenance done on my vehicle the next day. I was informed of when my vehicle was completed via text message from my with no problem. I got regular maintenance done on my vehicle the next day. I was informed of when my vehicle was completed via text message from my service advisor. When I picked it up I was surprised to learn that I had a charge for an oil change and tire rotation since I had just bought my vehicle in 2023 with only a little over 7,300 miles. I'm not sure when that all changed and I certainly wasn't aware of any changes to my warranty. Usually my oil changes are covered under GM. I never received a call or text from my service advisor about a charge for my service. Luckily I was able to use my GM rewards to cover the cost in which I didn't know I could use until I came to pick up my car. I would appreciate a phone call as anyone would if there is any type of charge being made or any extra work being done for there vehicle. You can't surprise customers with a sudden charge and expect them to pay especially when it wasn't communicated. More

I’m a bit upset that my month-old car has issues. I understand it’s a new model, and parts may not be readily available. However, this isn’t the first new model Chevy has released. Why didn’t someone I understand it’s a new model, and parts may not be readily available. However, this isn’t the first new model Chevy has released. Why didn’t someone foresee the need to order parts? I really don’t like waiting until the end of March to have this resolved. I realize the dealership may not be solely to blame, so I’ll share this feedback with Chevy as well. However, since I purchased the car from this dealership, I’m holding them accountable. More

The service personnel is amazing…Jeff, Patryck, and Carolina. Felipe the service manager is not very courteous and gives off a “know it all” vibe. I brought my vehicle in 3 different time for the same Carolina. Felipe the service manager is not very courteous and gives off a “know it all” vibe. I brought my vehicle in 3 different time for the same exact thing (no heat). The water pump was replaced and still the heat wasn’t working properly. They called me to pick it up and said it was working. Nope! A coolant flush was done and the system was “burped” still same problem after pick up. On the 3rd inconvenience of taking it back, Felipe, the service manager was called to inspect. He immediately gave me a whole rant about the fan blowing too hard and it cooling the air as the air enter the cabin and that was the reason. Mind you, it was never an issue. He went further to accuse me of putting a “liquid” into the radiator after they had done the coolant flush and pump replacement. I didn’t appreciate that as a customer. After some back and forth and me continuing to stay adamant about the problem, he decided to keep it over night to have the thermostat checked in the morning. Morning after, One technician checked it and said, word for word, what Felipe said. After getting a 2nd opinion from the actual tech, who perform the replacement of my water pump, he found that the heater core was damaged and leaking. This is after taking it back 3 times and Felipe telling me it was normal. Unacceptable! I felt like I wasn’t being heard and he kept pushing that he knew what he was talking about not giving me the opportunity to be right. Days later, coming to find out that there was a fully a damaged heater core which then had to be ordered. They ask for the rental car back and had me pick up my vehicle, which the the heater did not work properly and it was freezing cold out, and come back when the part was delivered to have me take it in yet a 4th time in a week span, I have a lot more to say about the manager’s professionalism but for the sake of a long review I will not unless someone would like to reach out to me. I wish I had something good to say about this dealership. But the truth is they sold me a piece of junk car. Which needed numorous repairs, They advertise certified used cars with 1 year warranty. After my car was in there shop 4 weeks of the 8 weeks I have owned it they will not repair the abs breaks under warranty After talking with several people at the dealership I got knowplace.Do not buy a car from them. More
