Repairs and maintenance I came in to have my air conditioner fixed. I was also due for a 100,000 mile service. The staff was good at communicating my vehicle’s needs. Great experienxe! When my 2015 Honda lease was nearing the end, I received a phone call from Josh Anderson explaining what my options were as far as returning, re-leasi When my 2015 Honda lease was nearing the end, I received a phone call from Josh Anderson explaining what my options were as far as returning, re-leasing, or purchasing a new vehicle. At first I was just going to return it because my mother gave me her older car to use. Then about a month later my husband and I decided maybe we would lease a new Honda again after all, and so I contacted Josh again. He was available the next day to let me take one for a test drive. I really liked the CRV-EX and said I would bring my husband that Friday. When we got there, we also test drove the LX version because it was the true zero lease special. He explained in great detail all of the features of both models and was very knowledgeable about them. I really liked the EX but to lease it was more than we wanted to spend and it wasn't a true zero lease option. Josh was very helpful in setting out the pros and cons of buying versus leasing and gave us all the time we needed to talk it over. At no time did we ever feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. When we did decide on purchasing the EX, he showed us all the different add-ons to preserve the finish. Then he gave us a tour of the beautiful new facility and introduced us to Casey in the service department and then to Ricky Carlson in the finance part. Ricky also was very knowledgeable and made the paperwork an enjoyable part of our experience. Both Josh and Ricky were very professional in how they helped us achieve our end result. We were there for five hours and we felt the customer service was second to none from the time we were greeted at the reception desk until we got into our new car and drove away. I would definitely recommend my friends to visit Josh for their car needs! More

The waiting area is clean, comfortable and always has a tasty treat to snack on while waiting for service to be done. Routine check-up I liked the fact that Casey told me they found a problem with my car and that they could repair it during the same visit.
