After an unfortunate incident with a Starbucks Refresher that meant the electrical in my center console needed to be replaced, Cassie, my service advisor, was incredibly prompt and had my car diagnosed within a few hours. Andrew K. diagnosed the problem and even sent a video letting me know what was going on, which I really appreciated. While we had to wait a few weeks for the part to arrive, Cassie kept me informed the entire time, and my car was done right on schedule. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained, and my car came back looking great. Thank you all so much for the wonderful service, and a huge thank you to Cassie and Andrew for taking such great care of Zelda (Z4)! More
