The dealership was an hour away, I didn’t want to waste my time or gas. When I was greeted by Brian (my salesman) at the door and all the way through to Cathy in finance and back to Brian to my beautiful new vehicle. Where he made sure I understood all the new gadgets before I left. All made for a very comfortable sales experience. ... Great! I came in for a side light detection failure. It was the second time in for my 2015 Impala LT. My bumper to bumper warranty was expired yet they pai I came in for a side light detection failure. It was the second time in for my 2015 Impala LT. My bumper to bumper warranty was expired yet they paid the cost because it was the same issue. I had a rental car and my car was fixed in a timely manner. During that waiting period I ended up trading in my Impala for an Equinox Premier 2018. The service was great! More
