I showed up with dead batteries and was greeted with a lady that listened to me and gave me my options on replacement. Also explained that the filters needed to change. From the moment i arrived the lady at the desk was combative. She first told me to sit and wait without any taking any info. Then came over to tell me pricing for oil change and tires at which time I combative. She first told me to sit and wait without any taking any info. Then came over to tell me pricing for oil change and tires at which time I told he i had complimentary and she then asked for my info. She told me I had 1 left to which my email and wave acount says I have 2. I challenged it and she said well u have to call Chrystler. When asking for the number she told me I dont have it, just go Google it. (I walked to service dept and got it) after a convo with Chrystler which confirmed my number remaining as 2. I was given a number to "give the dealer to call" i tried to give it to her and was told "no if they were confirming it they would have emailed you or something." To which i told her the number i was given and that they asked for the dealer to call and confirm. She took the paper and threw it in a cubby, that was the last i saw of it so I have no idea what came of it if it wasnt just thrown out. I also asked for a 5 wheel rotation to which she said sure but then never conveyed it to the tech. Then half way through my time there she just left to "get my[her] car washed" and I never saw her again which made my checkout process confusing as since the tech had no idea how I was being closed out. This dealership just keeps getting worse. More
