We drove from Indiana to purchase our new truck. John Knotts helped us out and was awesome! From the very beginning he called us back right away with the information we needed before making the 2 hour dr Knotts helped us out and was awesome! From the very beginning he called us back right away with the information we needed before making the 2 hour drive to the dealership. He was very kind, patient and helpful in every way. The dealership was very busy that day, but John didn’t let that stop him from giving us great service. He even stayed late after his shift to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely go to him in the future if we need anything else! In the finance departments they were swamped! There was only one person handling all of the financing that day so we had to wait a little longer than usual. Once we met with Cecelia she was awesome as well! Even though she was crazy busy, she took her time with us and made us feel like we were the only ones in the building. She was very helpful and so sweet and kind! We enjoyed working with her and loved her amazing personality! She made the wait absolutely worth it! We loved working with everyone at Bob Hook and Would recommend 100%! More
