North Palm Beach Mazda dealership that I've ever dealt with in my entire life of buying cars cannot believe that a dealership such as North Palm Beach Mazda with sell of vehicle with brake issues suspensi with in my entire life of buying cars cannot believe that a dealership such as North Palm Beach Mazda with sell of vehicle with brake issues suspension issues such as CV joints ball joints control arm issues and allow a customer to pull off the lot in a vehicle knowing that it has such issues I consider North Palm Beach Mazda to be a lot no better than Prime Auto or Beach cars sadly I was taken for a complete ride at this lot now I learned a very valuable lesson to never deal with a dealership like this ever again North Palm Beach Mazda I cannot believe that you placed my life in danger as well as a 9-month olds life in danger also knowing that you were selling a vehicle that had such issues for all people to know and understand Mazda does not thoroughly check their vehicles I have receipt for that I was so saddened to find out that all of these issues were wrong with this vehicle I was lied to from the beginning it all started with Mazda and its salesmen and it trickled down all the way to its maintenance department service department I guess when it came down to purchasing the vehicle I was told when I brought the vehicle back to Mazda that it will take a month for the warranty to kick in I happen to call the warranty company to find out that that was a bold-faced lie told by the service department learned not to trust at this moment I'm dealing at a lot that I should have purchased my car from the start a reputable lot because Mazda is not reputable word of advice save your money and go elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle Mazda puts your life in danger as well as the people around you in your family North Palm Beach Mazda if I can give you guys a zero Stars I most certainly would I do not like to down people it is wrong but I am so disgusted with you guys it's not funny I had no idea that Mazda of North Palm Beach work in this fashion I passed the slot each and every single day I will use my social media to put the word out and I will also post receipts of all the things that are being fixed on this vehicle that had become a danger to me a nine month old and the others on the road North Palm Beach Mazda you are garbage More

I don’t know about you but I hate buying cars. Well my mom needed a car so off we went looking. I chose Cesar off the Mazda website because of his reviews and he lived up to every word! It started before mom needed a car so off we went looking. I chose Cesar off the Mazda website because of his reviews and he lived up to every word! It started before I even stepped foot in the lot. He texted me to Introduce himself and then sent me 3 videos of the car I was looking to buy! Inside, outside, the trunk, the engine… everything! He was polite and professional every step of the way. Informed us of what would happen next! Checked on us when we were in with the finance guy Will! Just a wonderful experience. He’s not your typical smooth talking salesman, he’s genuine and down to earth. He listened to our needs and wanted to know more about who was buying this car. He cares and that’s the difference. We will be back to see him again because he’s that good! More
