I was sent to the parts department by the Valet when I needed to speak with the service department. This has happened twice now. terrible, exaspering, dissapointed My car was towed in Sunday evening. All day Monday it wasn't touched...after numerous calls, left messages and texts. The same happed on Tuesday, until finally in late afternoon, it had been looked at. I decided to tow it out to a local more responsible mechanic. More
