DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I waited almost 5 weeks for them to payoff my vehicle I traded in. The. When they finally sent the check to my bank, it was over $16,000 short of what we had agreed upon when I made the payoff my vehicle I traded in. The. When they finally sent the check to my bank, it was over $16,000 short of what we had agreed upon when I made the deal. I’ve had to make another payment on the vehicle I no longer own. My bank has threatened to purchase insurance on my behalf for a vehicle I no longer own and bill me for it. No communication skills, no customer service. Oh, they did send me a set of new mats and asked that I write them a good review. I’m sorry but a measly set of car mats can’t make what you have done to stress my wife and myself out for weeks, cost me countless of hours on the phone with you, the dealership and the banks trying to fix the problem you created go away. The lack of attempt to truly remedy the situation on your behalf only goes to show the values in which your dealership operates. I hope no one ever has to go through what I’ve had to go through and I hope that “upper “ management, not just at the dealership but beyond that, read this review and take this as an opportunity to rectify what has caused my situation to spiral out of control like it has. More

I’ve bought many cars and uniformly hate the car buying experience. It takes too long. You always feel like you are getting taken. However, this experience was different. The buying process was easy and th experience. It takes too long. You always feel like you are getting taken. However, this experience was different. The buying process was easy and the negotiation on purchase and trade was fair. it still took way too long but that is more a reflection on the industry than on this dealership. All told, this was as easy as any car purchase I’ve made. More
