Chad in sales and Luis in service, as always were great. I have been a customer for 6 years and planned to simply swap the car at the end of its lease, find a new one (same make and model) and continue for I have been a customer for 6 years and planned to simply swap the car at the end of its lease, find a new one (same make and model) and continue for another 3 years. However based on the sharp sales practices coming out of the glass office, and the way in which Jerry the Sales Director virtually throw me out of the dealership I will not by from BMW SRQ again. I did call BMW finance and resolved everything in less than 15 mins over the phone. I have bought out the lease and will be heading to Jaguar to purchase a new E-Pace, with the BMW as trade-in/deposit. More

They came to home for airbag Re-call in a beautiful 2004 BMW. The service person was nice enough and a quick job; However, someone should “school” him to NOT place the part box on the TRUNK of my vehicle wh BMW. The service person was nice enough and a quick job; However, someone should “school” him to NOT place the part box on the TRUNK of my vehicle when unpacking and repacking old part. NOR should he place the clipboard on the trunk, ie, basically using my trunk as his work “bench”. Not at all professional. More
